With over AED 1 billion in sales and an expanding team, we are building a high-performance, scalable organization. **Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR to build, lead, and scale our human resources function. This is not a standalone role — we are specifically looking for a candidate who can bring and **manage their own HR team** to immediately establish a structured, efficient, and high-performing HR department. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company growth goals * Build and lead the HR department, including onboarding your existing HR team * Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition across all departments * Establish HR policies, systems, and processes from the ground up * Manage employee relations, performance management, and retention strategies * Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations * Create and maintain a strong company culture aligned with performance and accountability * Implement training and development programs to upskill teams * Work closely with leadership on organizational planning and scaling Qualifications * Proven experience as **Real Estate Head of HR / HR Director / Senior HR Manager** * Strong background in real estate or high-growth sales environments preferred * Demonstrated experience in building and scaling HR departments * Deep understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices * Leadership experience managing teams and driving performance * Strong communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills What We Offer * Opportunity to build and lead the entire HR function * High-growth, performance-driven environment * Direct access to leadership and decision-making * Competitive salary + performance incentives Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have your own real estate team that can join and you can manage ?
