**HR Performance Analyst** **Location:** Dubai **Job Type:** Full-time **Start Date:** Immediately We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **HR Performance Analyst** to support the monitoring and improvement of employee performance across the company. This role will work closely with management and team leaders to track employee performance, identify concerns, support follow-up actions, and help ensure that performance standards are met across departments.
