**Job Title: HR Recruiter (Construction Industry)**

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle for construction-related roles, from sourcing candidates to shortlisting and coordinating with management for final hiring decisions. This role requires strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, along with hands-on experience in recruitment and HR processes within the UAE.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Post job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment channels
* Screen and evaluate CVs for construction roles (Engineers, Foremen, Workers, and other site positions)
* Conduct initial screening and phone interviews with candidates
* Prepare and administer evaluation forms or basic tests when required
* Shortlist qualified candidates and present them to management for approval
* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
* Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
* Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn page, including job postings and content
* Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies
* Support general HR operations and maintain proper HR workflow
**Requirements:**
* Currently based in the UAE
* Proven experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
* Experience hiring for technical and construction roles (Engineers, Foremen, etc.)
* Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written)
* Strong interviewing, communication, and evaluation skills
* Good understanding of UAE labor law and HR processes
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple vacancies
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Experience working with construction or contracting companies in the UAE
* Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking tools
