Fabyab Group is looking for an HR Recruitment professional to join our Human Resources team in Erbil and support the company’s hiring activities by attracting qualified candidates across different departments.Key Responsibilities:• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to candidate hiring.• Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing needs.• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ suitability for open positions.• Prepare recruitment reports and track candidates throughout the hiring process.• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field• Previous experience in recruitment or HR (1–3 years preferred)• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and candidate sourcing methods• Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is mandatory.
