HVAC Engineer

**JOB DESCRIPTION:** We are looking for an **AC Engineer (HVAC Engineer)** designs, installs, maintains, and repairs heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal efficiency and safety. They conduct load calculations, create technical schematics, select equipment, and ensure compliance with building regulations. Key roles involve troubleshooting, system optimization, and technical support. * **Design and Planning:** Designing HVAC systems, including calculating cooling/heating loads and developing detailed layouts using CAD software. * **Installation & Commissioning:** Supervising the installation of AC units, chillers, and ventilation systems to ensure they meet technical specs and energy codes. * **Maintenance & Repairs:** Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing malfunctions in refrigeration systems and air conditioning units. * **System Optimization:** Analyzing system data to improve energy efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure indoor air quality. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensuring all systems comply with local codes, regulations, and industry standards. * **Documentation:** Preparing project reports, cost estimates, material schedules, and maintenance plans. **Required Qualifications & Skills** * **Education:** **Bachelor’s degree** in **Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.** * **Experience:** **5-11 years** of experience in HVAC design, installation, or maintenance. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in AutoCAD, load calculation software (e.g., HAP), and strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles. * **Certifications:** Professional Engineer (PE) license is often required for senior roles, along with EPA Universal certification. * **Soft Skills:** Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead teams and communicate with clients. **NOTE:** **Candidates should must have knowledge of maximum 5 years experience as AC Engineer.** Work Location: In person
