**We Are Hiring for 3 Key Roles1. Immigration Sales Consultant**
**Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound leads and assess client eligibility
* Advise on PR, work permits, and visit visas for Canada, Australia, UK, USA, and Europe
* Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records
**Requirements:**
* 1+ year in immigration/visa/travel sales
* Knowledge of PR, work permits, and visit visas
* Fluent in English + any two of: Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, Tagalog
**2. Immigration Team Leader**
**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise 3–4 Sales Consultants and monitor daily KPIs
* Coach the team to improve conversion rates
* Review client files and handle complex case escalations
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years in immigration sales + 1+ year in a supervisory role
* Strong coaching and escalation management skills
* Fluent in English + any two regional languages (as above)
**3. Immigration Sales Manager**
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead, mentor, and scale the entire sales team
* Set targets, conduct performance reviews, and implement reward strategies
* Align sales with marketing campaigns, manage budgets, and build a hybrid-ready team culture
**Requirements:**
* 2–3 years in overseas immigration sales + 1+ year as a team lead/supervisor
* Experience with budget management and marketing-sales alignment
* Fluent in English + any two regional languages (as above)
**Key Responsibilities (Across All Levels)**
* Deliver exceptional client service throughout the sales process
* Stay updated on immigration laws and visa regulations
* Use CRM tools for tracking, reporting, and forecasting
* Collaborate with marketing to maximize lead conversion
* Foster a positive, results-driven team environment
**What We’re Looking For (General)**
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree preferred (Law, International Relations, Business, or related field)
**Tech Skills:** Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital collaboration tools
**Soft Skills:** Strong communication, closing, and problem-solving abilities
