Indoor Sales Executive - Arabic Speaking

**Key Responsibilities**: * Greet and engage customers visiting the showroom, understanding their needs and design preferences. * Present products professionally, explaining features, benefits, finishes, materials, and pricing. * Advise customers on suitable products and combinations to meet their project or design requirements. * Build strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals. Sales Process Management: * Prepare and present accurate quotations, proposals, and follow-up documentation. * Close sales through effective negotiation and service support. * Process sales orders and ensure all necessary documentation and payments are handled accurately. * Follow up on leads and sales inquiries via phone, email, and showroom appointments. Reporting & Targets: * Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales outcomes, and pipeline using CRM systems. * Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the Sales Manager. Collaboration & Teamwork: * Coordinate with delivery, installation, and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer experience. * Work closely with marketing to support promotions, events, and showroom activations. **Qualifications & Skills** * Minimum 3-5 years experience in retail or showroom sales,. * Experince in Sanitarywares & Bathroom fittings, building materials, or luxury home solutions products is an added advantage. * Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. * Professional presentation and confidence engaging with high-end clientele. * Good product knowledge aptitude — ability to learn product features and applications quickly. * Basic computer skills (MS Office; CRM systems preferred). * Prefer Arabic speaking Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * We must fill this position urgently.
