Interior Designer

**Education & Experience:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field * **2–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out / joinery / construction** **Technical Skills:** * Strong proficiency in **AutoCAD** (2D drafting is essential) * Knowledge of **SketchUp, 3ds Max, D5, Enscape** * Ability to prepare: * **Shop drawings** * As-built drawings * Detailed joinery drawings * Ceiling, Electrical, * flooring, and partition layouts **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed **fit-out drawings** based on design concepts * Develop **shop drawings for execution** (joinery, MEP coordination, partitions, etc.) * Coordinate with **site engineers, project managers, and designers** * Revise drawings based on site conditions and client feedback * Ensure drawings comply with **local authority regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality)** * Maintain drawing records and revisions **Key Competencies:** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods * Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects * Strong communication and teamwork skills Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Experience: * Interior Designer -UAE: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
