Interior Fit-Out & Finishing Foreman / Supervisor

**Job Title: Interior Fit-Out & Finishing Foreman / Supervisor** **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Industry:** Construction, Interior Fit-Out & MEP Works **Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled and Qatar/GCC experienced Interior Fit-Out & Finishing Foreman/Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure high-quality execution of interior works. The candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, coordinating site operations, and delivering projects on time in line with project specifications and Qatar standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control **daily site activities** related to interior fit-out and finishing works. * Allocate tasks to workers and monitor **productivity and workmanship quality**. * Ensure all works are executed as per **approved drawings, specifications, and schedules**. * Coordinate with **site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors**. * Oversee finishing works including: * Gypsum partitions & ceilings * Carpentry & joinery * Flooring (tiles, marble, wood, vinyl, etc.) * Painting and decorative finishes * Glass, aluminum, and partition works * Ensure proper **material usage, storage, and handling** on site. * Conduct routine inspections and report progress to management. * Identify and resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions. * Ensure compliance with **safety procedures and site regulations**. * Maintain discipline and safety among workers **Requirements:** * Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil/Construction or related field (preferred). * Minimum **3–6 years of experience** in interior fit-out and finishing works (Qatar/GCC experience preferred). * Strong hands-on experience in **site supervision and manpower handling**. * Good understanding of **drawings and finishing details**. * Ability to manage multiple teams and meet deadlines. * Basic communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is an advantage). **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in commercial, residential, and office fit-out projects. * Knowledge of **material specifications and finishing standards**. * Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. **Employment Details:** * **Salary:** Competitive (based on experience) * **Benefits:** As per Qatar Labour Law * **Joining:** Immediate / As required **How to Apply:** Send your CV to: **[email protected]** **Subject:** Fit-Out Foreman / Supervisor Work Location: In person
