IT Sales Engineer – Business Development

**Company:** Cezcon Solutions LLC **Location:** UAE | **Type:** Full-time **Salary:** AED 4,000 – AED 6,000/month + Commission & Performance Bonuses **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify business opportunities, convert leads, and close deals to drive revenue. * Expand market coverage and enhance brand visibility. * Maintain an accurate and updated customer database. * Deliver consultative sales experiences, highlighting product features and customizations. * Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. * Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Cezcon’s CRM, HRM, and related products. * **Candidate must have 3+ years of sales experience in IT, networking, and security solutions within the UAE, with solid knowledge of access control, surveillance, firewall, email security, and IT infrastructure.** * Knowledge of servers will be considered an added advantage. * Record sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools. * Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract finalization. * Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle. **Skills & Experience Required:** * Bachelor’s degree (mandatory). * Minimum 3 years of proven field sales experience in the UAE (B2B, corporate, or software sales preferred). * Proficiency in English and Hindi. * Male candidates preferred. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently. * UAE Driving License preferred. * Immediate joiners required. **Compensation & Benefits:** * Monthly salary: AED 4,000.00 – AED 6,000.00 * Attractive commission structure with uncapped earning potential * Performance-based bonuses for achieving and exceeding targets **Job Type:** Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
