You won’t just be solving tickets; you’ll be orchestrating the hardware, software, and support systems that keep our team—and our clients—operating at peak velocity. **Your Digital Impact** * **Support Orchestration:** Manage and prioritize the incoming stream of technical requests, ensuring every issue is routed to the right expert and resolved with lightning speed. * **Systems Maintenance:** Oversee the health of our office infrastructure, from high-speed networking and server stability to individual workstations. * **Asset Management:** Track and maintain our inventory of premium hardware and software licenses, ensuring the team is always equipped with the latest tools. * **Vendor Liaison:** Coordinate with external ISPs and hardware providers to ensure uninterrupted service in our Al Rayyan headquarters. * **Documentation & Training:** Create "Plain English" technical guides for our staff and lead brief training sessions on new digital tools and security protocols. **The Ideal Profile** * **The Tech Expert:** 3+ years in IT Support or Technical Coordination.
