* We are an IT Services & Solutions Provider based in Salam Street, Abu Dhabi, providing IT support services to our customers covering Abu Dhabi & Dubai. * We deliver Managed IT Services (AMC), Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, networking, backup solutions, compliance and IT projects * This is an outdoor job ( providing It support to customers by going to their locations) **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring & responding to client's IT support requests on time. * Monitoring & replying to helpdesk & support emails & inquiries. * Provide ONSITE and remote IT technical support to client's IT systems as scheduled by the support department. * Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting - Desktops, laptops, outlook, printers, routers, network functions. * Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting - Firewalls/Windows servers/CCTV/PABX/NAS. * Cable tracing, patching, and crimping. * Diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues and fix them. * Checking for other opportunities/issues when onsite. * Coordinating with the remote support team to fix issues and provide top-notch support service to clients. * Track & Monitor ongoing jobs & support. * Manage, Maintain, Update & Monitor the HELP-DESK Ticketing system daily with accurate and timely information. * Preparing BOQ/SOW & reports after site visit as required. * Managing & compiling job reports. * Processing of all jobs with accuracy and timeliness. * Understand & resolve customer requirements/issues and close tickets within time. * Maintaining good client relations & ensuring a high level of Client satisfaction. * Responding to complaints/suggestions from customers and giving after-sales support. * Increase Company reputation with quality on-time support & services. * Timely Invoice to the clients in coordination with the sales & finance department. **Required Technical Skills:** * Min 4 years of IT Support Experience in a similar job role. * Strong expertise and hands-on experience in installing, configuring & troubleshooting - Desktops and Laptops (Windows and Mac). * Strong expertise and hands-on experience in installing, configuring & troubleshooting - Email Services (outlook). * Strong expertise and hands-on experience in installing, configuring & troubleshooting - Basic networks (DHCP,DNS,TCP/IP). * Strong expertise and hands-on experience in installing, configuring & troubleshooting - Basic Routers. * Strong expertise and hands-on experience in installing, configuring & troubleshooting - Printers. * Strong expertise and hands-on experience in cabling, patching, network tracing & crimping. * Added Value Technical Skills: * Strong expertise and hands-on experience in installing, configuring & troubleshooting - Firewalls. * Strong expertise and hands-on experience in installing, configuring & troubleshooting - PABX * Strong expertise and hands-on experience in installing, configuring & troubleshooting - CCTV * Strong expertise and hands-on experience in installing, configuring & troubleshooting - Windows Servers. * Strong expertise and hands-on experience in installing, configuring & troubleshooting - MS Active Directory. * Strong expertise and hands-on experience in installing, configuring & troubleshooting - NAS devices. * Strong expertise and hands-on experience in installing, configuring & troubleshooting - Backup softwares. **Other Required Skills:** * Good Knowledge of IT Technologies & products. * Good written & oral command of the English Language is a must. * Excellent phone & email communication skills. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical members of staff. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. * The capacity to work well on your own or in a team. * Ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively. * Demonstrated track record of performance and commitment. * Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. * Good organizational skills. * Ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure. * Can easily adapt to new environments. * Excellent professional image & should be presentable. **Optional** * Valid UAE driving license * Certifications in IT Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * Where are you currently located & what is your visa status?
