We’re expanding our Support team and seeking a **diligent Support Engineer** to help us scale effectively and provide technical assistance to customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring a smooth customer experience, etc..
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Software Engineer or related **engineering** fields.
* Intensive knowledge in SQL server and databases.
* 1–3 years of experience in technical support or a similar role in UAE IT companies.
* Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows / Linux / macOS).
* Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
* Diligence, quality focused.
* Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
* Self-initiation.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software, applications, hardware, enterprise solutions.
**Responsibilities “not limited & as per the role needs”:**
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, or network issues.
* Escalate complex problems to the engineering or development teams when needed.
* Document issues, solutions, and technical procedures.
* Assist in onboarding and training customers on company products.
* Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
* Provide feedback to product teams to improve features and user experience.
