Jr. Tendering Engineer

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Jr. Tendering to join our team, focusing on delivering comprehensive cost offers to EPC “Engineering, Procurement, and Construction” contractors, particularly for ADNOC, TAQA and Data centres projects. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in analysing requests for Quotation (RFQs), preparing detailed cost estimates. Key Responsibilities: Analyze RFQs for LV / MV switchgear panels from ADNOC and TAQA, preparing complete and accurate cost offers tailored specifically for EPC projects. Develop comprehensive offer documentation that complies with the Delegation of Authority and aligns with client specifications. Collaborate closely with the Sales Leader during customer negotiations, providing strategic insights to facilitate successful deal closures. Ideal Candidate: ✅ Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in electrical engineering. ✅1 to 3 years of experience in tendering and project management, particularly with EPC clients. ✅Strong analytical skills focused on cost estimation and risk analysis. ✅Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively. ✅Proficient in using the OEM software and tools relevant to the MV/ LV switchgear products. ✅Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
