Junior Accountant

**We are seeking an Accounts Assistant** to join our finance department. The selected candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with internal reporting and documentation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Record and process supplier and customer invoices and payments * Assist with bank reconciliations, petty cash, and internal transfers * Update accounting entries in the system (preferably Odoo) * Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records * Support monthly closing activities, including report preparation and VAT documentation * Coordinate with internal departments to track expenses and resolve discrepancies * Assist in audits by preparing required documents and reconciliations **Qualifications Required:** * Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE * Familiarity with accounting systems (Odoo experience is an advantage) * Strong Microsoft Excel skills * Good command of English (spoken and written) * Trustworthy, well-organized, and able to handle confidential information **Additional Requirement:** * Male candidates only, currently available inside the UAE Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
