Junior Accountant

**Company Name: NUVAC GLOBAL TRADING L.L.C.** **Job Title: Junior Accountant** **Interview Location: Dubai** **Responsibilities:** · Accurately record daily financial transactions in the accounting system and maintain general ledger accounts. · Prepare, post, and reconcile month-end and year-end closing entries. · Monitor daily cash flow to ensure liquidity for operational needs. · Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances and process payments to vendors and employees in compliance with company policies. · Prepare financial statements, payroll process, monthly and annual reports, and other required reports for management. · Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and systems for greater efficiency. · Address financial inquiries from vendors, clients, or internal departments. · Stay updated on accounting principles, standards, and relevant regulations. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. **Experience:** Minimum of 2+ years of accounting experience. · Strong knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Excel, and Zoho. · Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. · Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam. · Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
