Junior Accountant (Fresh Graduates)

**Job Summary** We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Accountant** to join our finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their career in accounting and finance. The Junior Accountant will assist with daily financial operations, bookkeeping, reporting, and ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial data. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts * Support month-end and year-end closing activities * Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable * Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and vendor payments * Help prepare financial reports, statements, and documentation * Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records * Support internal and external audit requirements * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies * Provide administrative and clerical support to the finance department **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Strong understanding of basic accounting principles * Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables is a plus) * Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) is an advantage * Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Good communication skills and willingness to learn * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
