Junior Accountant - Payable

Job Responsibilities are but not limited to the below: * Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and on time * Verify, reconcile, and post invoices and supplier payments * Maintain and update financial records and ledgers * Assist in monthly and year-end closing procedures * Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding payment queries * Support the finance team with general bookkeeping and accounting tasks * Prepare basic financial reports and summaries as required * Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures * Assist the Senior accountant with any activities as required. **Requirements:** * Solid understanding of basic accounting principles * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) * Experience with Zoho accounting software is an advantage (optional) * Good communication and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
