**Job Title: Junior Admin / Accountant** **Location:** New Cairo **Experience Required:** Minimum 2 years **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Admin / Accountant** to manage daily administrative tasks and support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** **Administrative Duties:** * Manage daily office administrative operations. * Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document filing. * Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. * Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office activities. * Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required. * Maintain organized records and company files. **Accounting Duties:** * Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records. * Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers. * Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Reconcile bank statements and company accounts. * Issuing financial reports and expense tracking. * Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial compliance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, Business Administration**, or a related field. * **Minimum 1-2 years of experience** in accounting and administrative roles. * **High proficiency in English (written and spoken)**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)**. * Experience with accounting software is preferred.(Odoo System ) * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of basic accounting principles. * Experience in office administration and documentation. * Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
