We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Key Accounts Manager / Executive with experience in the fragrance or fragrance oil industry, specifically handling **private labelling clients**. The role involves managing B2B relationships, overseeing end-to-end product development, and ensuring smooth execution of private label projects from concept to final delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and grow relationships with key **private label B2B clients**, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business * Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling end-to-end communication and project execution * Lead **end-to-end private label projects**—from concept development, fragrance selection, sampling, approvals, to final delivery * Coordinate sourcing of **premium fragrance oils** aligned with client requirements and brand positioning * Work closely with internal teams (procurement, production, design, packaging, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of private label products * Manage supplier/vendor communications for specifications, pricing, sampling, and approvals * Handle **costing, budgeting, and pricing** for private label projects to ensure profitability * Track project timelines and ensure all deliverables are met within agreed deadlines * Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell within existing key accounts * Maintain proper documentation of client requirements, approvals, and project status **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field * Proven experience in **fragrance or fragrance oil industry**, with exposure to **private labelling** * Strong experience in **B2B key account management** * Hands-on experience managing **end-to-end product development projects** * Knowledge of fragrance sourcing, sampling, and product lifecycle processes * Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities **Skills:** * Key Account Management (Private Label Clients) * End-to-End Project Management * B2B Sales & Client Handling * Supplier & Vendor Coordination * Costing & Budgeting * Cross-functional Team Coordination * Time Management & Problem Solving Job Type: Permanent Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
