Land Surveyor

**Responsibilities** - Conduct land surveys using various surveying equipment and techniques. - Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, including measurements, calculations, and sketches. - Analyze survey data and provide recommendations based on findings. - Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate surveying for project planning and execution. - Identify potential issues or discrepancies in survey data and propose solutions. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in land surveying. - Stay updated with the latest surveying techniques, equipment, and software. **Qualifications and Skills** - Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field. - Proven experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in the electromechanical or construction industry. - Proficient in using surveying equipment, such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners. - Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and software. - Excellent mathematical and analytical skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and calculations. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Xoline Electromechanical Services expects the Land Surveyor to be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
