**Job Title:**​ Land Surveyor (Immediate Joining) **Location:**​ [ Abu Dhabi] **Employment Type:**​ Full-time **Hiring Status: IMMEDIATE** We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be available to start work immediately. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct land surveys to establish legal boundaries and provide data for construction projects. * Operate surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level) accurately. * Prepare site layouts, sketches, maps, and reports based on collected data. * Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure site alignment with plans. * Ensure compliance with local regulations and company safety standards. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in the [Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure] industry. * Proficient in using modern surveying equipment and software. * Strong knowledge of local land laws and survey procedures. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. * Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. **Visa Requirement (Strictly Apply):** * **ONLY candidates with OWN VISA, CANCELLED VISA, or VISIT VISA will be considered.** * Candidates under existing company sponsorship (company visa) will not be accepted at this time.
