Land Surveyor

**Job Title:** Land Surveyor **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Role Overview** We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyors to support ongoing engineering and construction projects. The role involves conducting site surveys, measurements, and data analysis to ensure accuracy in project execution. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.) * Measure and record distances, elevations, contours, and boundaries * Prepare survey reports, drawings, and documentation * Verify project layouts and ensure alignment with engineering plans * Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and project managers * Perform calculations and data interpretation for site development * Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards * Maintain and calibrate survey equipment **Eligibility Criteria** **Experience:** * 1–2 years GCC experience OR * 4–5 years of experience in home country **Education:** * Diploma in Civil Engineering OR * High School qualification with relevant surveying experience **Skills & Competencies:** * Proficiency in surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD preferred) * Strong understanding of land measurement and mapping techniques * Good mathematical and analytical skills * Ability to work in outdoor/site conditions * Attention to detail and accuracy * Basic communication skills in English **Additional Information** * Open to all nationalities * Immediate joiners preferred * Candidates must be willing to work on-site and across project locations Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
