Land Surveyor

**Location:** UAE **Nationality:** Any **Salary:** Negotiable **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor, with at least 3 years in UAE construction or infrastructure projects * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level) * **Software Knowledge:** Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying software (e.g., Surfer, GIS) * **Drawing Interpretation:** Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site plans * **Analytical Skills:** Strong mathematical and analytical skills * **Availability:** Can join immediately or within short notice **Responsibilities:** * Conduct land and topographical surveys before, during, and after construction activities * Establish reference points, benchmarks, and control networks on site * Measure and calculate distances, angles, elevations, and coordinates accurately * Prepare survey reports, drawings, and as-built plans for engineering teams * Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and site supervisors to ensure alignment with project specifications * Verify the accuracy of site layouts, foundations, and structural elements * Set out building corners, road alignments, utility lines, and grading levels as per design drawings * Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure precision and reliability * Record and process survey data using digital software and maintain organized project files * Ensure compliance with safety standards and local municipality regulations **Benefits:** * Competitive monthly salary (negotiable based on experience) * **Visa:** UAE employment visa sponsorship * **Medical Insurance:** Comprehensive medical insurance * **Annual Leave:** As per UAE labor law * **Flight Ticket:** Annual flight ticket (economy class) Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
