Landscape project manager - civil engineer

**Experience Required: 2–5 Years (UAE Landscape Experience Preferred)** **License: Valid UAE Driving License Required** **Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer with experience in landscape projects to manage and execute outdoor developments. The candidate will oversee project planning, site execution, and coordination to ensure high-quality delivery of landscaping works within timelines and budget. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, manage, and execute **landscape, swimming pool, and outdoor construction projects** * Supervise site activities including **softscape and hardscape works** (planting, irrigation, paving, outdoor lighting, etc.) * Oversee **swimming pool construction works** including excavation, waterproofing, MEP coordination, tiling, filtration systems, and testing & commissioning * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers * Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and feasibility * Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets * Ensure compliance with UAE authority standards and project specifications * Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and safety standards * Manage materials procurement and logistics * Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and handover reports * Resolve site issues and provide technical solutions **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering * **2–5 years of experience in UAE landscape projects (preferred)** * Valid **UAE Driving License (mandatory)** * Strong knowledge of **landscape construction, irrigation systems, and outdoor lighting coordination** * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Project/Excel preferred) * Good understanding of site execution and project management **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in **villa, commercial, or public realm landscaping projects** * Knowledge of **authority approvals and regulations in UAE** * Strong leadership and team management skills * Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously **Note:** We are specifically seeking a **Civil Engineer with experience in landscape projects**.
