Landscaping Draftsman

* Minimum 3 years experience in swimming pool * Produce quality CAD Shop Drawing, As-Built Drawing, Construction Detail and Design Development drawings for Landscaping projects in coordination with the Design Manager and Landscape Architect * Work from rough sketches and specifications created by Design Manager and Landscape architect to develop drawings and design development plans * Review and analyze, sketches, drawings, ideas, specifications, and related data to assess factors affecting designs and the procedures * Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements * Maintain international drafting standards * Produce Graphic Presentations * Coordinate with the Architect, Project Manager, Site Manager and Engineer to produce Shop Drawings and process Submittals * Quantity Take-off Education & other requirements: * Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit/BIM, Photoshop and 3D Applications * Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the Landscaping, Construction Industry * Must possess excellent organizational, communication and coordination abilities * Must possess previous Site Experience * Sound knowledge with civil infrastructure projects is a must (roads, utilities, landscape, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred) Application Question(s): * • Are you available in UAE? * Kindly confirm your visa status ? * Mention your notice period duration ? * Are you ready to join immediately ( with in 2 days ) * Kindly confirm your visa status?
