A leading group of companies in Erbil, is seeking a highly capable Learning & Development (L&D) & Employee Development Manager to join its Human Resources function and drive organization-wide learning and growth initiatives.#Key_Responsibilities• Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D and talent development strategy aligned with business objectives• Conduct organizational needs assessments and identify skills gaps• Design and deliver leadership and management development programs• Manage training budgets, planning, and external vendor relationships• Lead succession planning, career development, and internal mobility initiatives• Oversee LMS platforms and digital learning tools• Drive employee engagement and recognition programs#Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred)• 5–8 years of progressive HR or L&D experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role• Strong knowledge of modern learning methodologies and leadership frameworks• Experience with LMS platforms and training analytics• Excellent communication skills in English and Kurdish/ArabicInterested candidates are welcome to send their CV mention (L&D & Employee Development Manager) in the subject line to:[email protected]#Hiring #LearningAndDevelopment #HRJobs #Kurdistan #ErbilJobs #TalentDevelopment #LeadershipDevelopment #HumanResources
