Take advantage of new opportunities and take on exciting tasks and attractive positions with direct customer assignment. **Job Description** **Job Title:** Lead Civil Engineer **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Project Type:** Large-Scale Thermal Power Plant Project The Lead Civil Engineer will be responsible for supervising civil construction activities, coordinating inspections, and ensuring that all civil works are executed in accordance with design requirements, project specifications, and applicable quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead civil supervision activities on site for structural, foundation, and infrastructure works * Review construction methodology, drawings, material submittals, and inspection records * Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements * Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to manage construction interfaces * Support resolution of technical issues and site-related civil engineering matters * Oversee civil inspectors and ensure effective coverage of site activities * Verify progress and quality of works against approved drawings and standards * Participate in meetings, reporting, and quality review processes * Ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC procedures **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering * Minimum 15 years of relevant experience * Strong background in thermal power plant projects, preferably CCGT * Proven experience in site supervision and construction oversight * Good understanding of civil, structural, and infrastructure works in industrial projects Preferred Profile * Experience on large energy or utility projects in the GCC * Strong coordination and reporting capability * Familiarity with earthworks, foundations, buildings, and heavy industrial structures **Additional Information** **Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted**
