**The Opportunity**
Are you a master of the "digital hunt"? We are looking for a high-energy **Lead Generation Specialist** to join a well established real estate firm in Dubai. This isn't a role for someone who just waits for the phone to ring—it's for a strategic professional who knows how to navigate the digital landscape, identify high-net-worth prospects, and fuel our sales funnel with qualified opportunities.
In the fast-paced Dubai property market, speed and precision are everything. You will be the engine room of our sales team, ensuring our brokers are always in front of the right investors.
### **Core Responsibilities**
* **Multi-Channel Sourcing:** Identify and qualify potential property investors through LinkedIn, social media, property portals (Property Finder/Bayut), and specialized databases.
* **Campaign Management:** Execute and optimize lead-gen campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and specialized real estate platforms.
* **Nurturing & Qualification:** Conduct initial outreach and "warm-up" calls to qualify leads based on budget, intent, and urgency before handing them off to the sales team.
* **Data Management:** Maintain a pristine CRM (Salesforce/Propertybase/HubSpot), ensuring all lead interactions are tracked and segmented accurately.
* **Market Intelligence:** Stay ahead of Dubai's real estate trends, project launches, and competitor movements to refine targeting strategies.
### **What We Are Looking For**
* **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of proven experience in lead generation, ideally within the UAE Real Estate sector or high-ticket Sales/FinTech.
* **Tech Savvy:** Deep understanding of CRM systems, automation tools (Zapier, Lusha, etc.), and Meta Ads Manager.
* **Communication:** Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal). Multilingualism (Arabic, Russian, or French) is a significant advantage.
* **Results-Driven:** A "hunter" mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding monthly lead targets.
* **Local Knowledge:** Familiarity with the Dubai property market geography and investor demographics.
