* Review all contract documentation and drawings to assess constructability, identify any potential areas for concern and to ensure any special features are brought to attention such as extra works variations.
* Direct and guide SR. Operation Engineers / Provide guidance and support to JR Engineers.
* Review project specific and related procedures to ensure comprehensive cover of all project activities as per the contract requirements.
* Co-ordinate all project related activities with other departments and sections to ensure effective integration of tasks and minimize potential delays.
* Support Construction Managers in managing and directing all site construction activities ensuring that the necessary resources are available offshore when needed, all safety requirements are complied with and that work is carried out in line with the contract terms, specifications and ISO standards.
* Upon completion of a project, participate in a formal review of the project with relevant parties, to identify opportunities for learning and development passing the feedback to Methods Engineers for enhancement of documentation.
* Compliance in accordance with Company policies & procedures, Policy of Integrity & Code of Conduct and HSE standards.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Preferably in Mechanical, Civil or Naval.
10years ‘+ experience in offshore construction.
Good commercial, financial and contractual awareness.
Good negotiation and decision making skills.
Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
