Lead - Procurement Quality(Offshore)

**We are currently looking for Lead - Procurement Quality to be based in Abu Dhabi location.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage the procurement process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. * Develop and maintain procurement strategies and plans in alignment with project requirements and timelines. * Source, evaluate, and select suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-effective procurement. * Coordinate with project teams, engineering, and construction groups to ensure alignment and effective communication of procurement requirements. * Review and approve procurement documentation, including RFQs, technical bids, and supplier quotations. * Monitor procurement progress and resolve any issues or delays in material deliveries. * Manage and track procurement budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial forecasts. * Ensure compliance with ADNOC and other regulatory and contractual standards and requirements. * Lead the procurement team, providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and staff. * Participate in risk management activities and ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place for procurement activities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 15 years of procurement experience in the Oil & Gas sector. * At least 5 years of experience in offshore projects. * Proven experience working in a PMC role and delivering successful procurement strategies for large-scale projects. * Previous experience with ADNOC projects is a strong advantage. * Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier management. * Proficiency with procurement software and MS Office Suite. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. #LI-JM1
