Lead Software Engineer - L3 | Fulltime **Job Description:** responsible for the stability, performance, and continual improvement of guest-facing and business-critical applications within a luxury hotel environment. This role manages a **pool of multi-skilled resources** supporting Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Clouds, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, custom Java BFF services, AWS ROSA cloud infrastructure, mobile applications, and core guest-facing solutions such as Echo and Travel Studio. The leader ensures flawless digital experiences that enhance personalization, reservation accuracy, and operational efficiency—upholding the service excellence expected in luxury hotels and resorts. * Lead daily support operations for AEM, Salesforce, SFMC, MuleSoft, BFF (Java), AWS ROSA, mobile apps, monitoring and frontend systems. * Manage and develop a pool of technical resources across multiple platforms and skill sets. * Drive incident, problem, and change management following ITIL best practices. * Ensure high availability and performance of guest-facing platforms (web, mobile, CRM, booking, mobility). * Oversee integration stability across MuleSoft, APIs, BFF, and booking systems. * Coordinate cloud operations on AWS (ROSA, RDS PostgreSQL, Redis, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway). * Collaborate with resort operations to support VIP, loyalty, itinerary, and mobility workflows. * Implement proactive monitoring, automation, and continuous improvements. * Maintain system security, compliance, and data integrity across all platforms. * Manage vendors and partners for Salesforce, Adobe, MuleSoft, AWS, ECHO, and Travel Studio. * **10+ years** of experience in application support, IT operations, or digital platform management. * **5+ years** leading or managing technical teams in enterprise environments. * Strong Hands-on experience with: * AEM * Salesforce Core Clouds * Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) * MuleSoft integrations * Java BFF middleware * Mobile app ecosystems (iOS, Android) * AWS cloud platforms (ROSA, RDS, Redis, S3, API Gateway, CloudFront) * Modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) * Experience in **luxury hotel, resort, or** **premium hospitality environments**. * ITIL Foundation or practical experience in Incident/Problem/Change processes. **1. Operational Dashboards & Reporting** **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering. * 10+ years of Experience. * Experience in premium hospitality environments. * **Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)** – Web content delivery, components, dispatcher troubleshooting (Must have) * **Salesforce Core Clouds** – Sales, Service & Data Cloud operations and troubleshooting (Must have) * **Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)** – Journeys, automations, segmentation support (Must have) * **MuleSoft** – API integrations, flow monitoring, error resolution (Must have) * **AWS Cloud (ROSA, RDS, Redis, S3, API Gateway, CloudFront, Route 53, WAF)** – Application operations & performance (Must have) * **Backend‑For‑Frontend (Java BFF)** – API orchestration troubleshooting * **Mobile Apps** – iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) & Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose) issue triage * **Frontend** – React & Next.js support and optimization * **Echo Mobility & Travel Studio** – Guest-facing mobility and booking platform support * **SQL & Database Troubleshooting** (PostgreSQL preferred) * **Integration & API troubleshooting** – REST, JSON, authentication, logging, monitoring * **ITIL processes** – Incident, Problem, Change management **Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:** Experience in **luxury hotel & resort operations** * Familiarity with **AEM customization**, Salesforce flows, and SFMC personalization * Understanding of **DevOps / CI-CD** pipelines * Knowledge of **microservices**, containerization, and OpenShift concepts * Exposure to **mobile app release processes** ( * Basic understanding of **frontend UX/UI** considerations * Experience with **monitoring & observability tools** * Knowledge of **API security** and best practices * Ability to work with **cross-functional digital, marketing, and operations teams** **Tools / Platforms / Technologies:** **Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)** * **Salesforce Clouds:** Sales, Service, Data + **Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)** * **MuleSoft** (API integrations) * **Java Backend‑For‑Frontend (BFF)** * **AWS Cloud:** ROSA (OpenShift), RDS PostgreSQL, Redis, S3, API Gateway, CloudFront, Route 53, WAF * **Mobile Apps:** iOS (Swift/SwiftUI), Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Comp
