Lead Surveyor

**WE ARE HIRING FOR DOCOL GROUP** **Location:** Mogadishu, Somalia **Salary:** $3,000 - 3,500 The Lead Surveyor manages and executes land and construction surveying tasks for projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, airport and infrastructure. They ensure that structures are built according to design specifications, coordinates, and legal boundaries. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and oversee all site surveying activities, including planning, control points, and as-built surveys * Manage and guide survey teams, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and proper training * Process and analyze survey data, maintaining precise records and reports * Support construction by setting out works and coordinating with engineers and project teams * Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements * Operate and maintain surveying equipment, ensuring accuracy and proper calibration **Qualifications & Experience:** * Minimum 10 years of experience in construction surveying * Proficiency in surveying equipment and software * Strong understanding of construction drawings and coordinate systems * Leadership and team management * Attention to detail and problem-solving * Strong communication and coordination abilities * Experience leading teams on large-scale projects **Compensation & Benefits:** * Fully covered project-related flights * Quality housing near the project site * Meals, laundry, and uniforms provided * Scheduled annual paid leave **Docol Investments FZCO is an equal-opportunity employer.** Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED12,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your notice period? * Are you willing to relocate to Mogadishu?
