Management Accountant

Job Title: Management Accountant Salary: AED 8,000 Location: Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates Working days: Monday - Friday, 11:30-19:30, Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days work from home Language: English- Professional level mandatory Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Management Accountant to join our professional services firm, which delivers comprehensive accounting solutions to a diverse portfolio of businesses. Our services span the full accounting suite, from internal bookkeeping and financial management to external reporting and tax compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting clients, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure daily accounting tasks and functions are completed efficiently. This role will cover all aspects within a business's financials and therefore requires a strong technical accounting foundation, the ability to interpret financial data in a business context and excellent communication skills. Experience and knowledge of cryptocurrency will be highly advantageous. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Requirements & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Reasonable knowledge or interest in cryptocurrency * 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Key Responsibilities * Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping * Handle accounts payable and receivable * Handle UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, filings, and documentation * Perform bank reconciliations * Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules * Regular revaluation of cryptocurrency reserves and treasury management * Assist with month-end and year-end closing * Assist with internal financial reporting * Assist with annual external audits * Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies Preferred Qualifications * Full/Part Qualified in an Accounting Professional Qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CTA, or CMA is preferred * Experience with the Zoho and XERO accounting software * Knowledge and experience of VAT and Corporate Tax regulations * Strong knowledge of general accounting principles * Strong Excel and Google Sheet skills * Attention to detail and accuracy Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * accounting : 4 years (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai Silicon Oasis
