**Marble Foreman – Job Description** **Position:** Marble Foreman **Department:** Construction / Finishing Works **Reports To:** Site Engineer / Project Manager **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise all marble and stone installation works on site. * Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to workers. * Ensure proper cutting, fixing, polishing, and finishing of marble. * Check drawings and ensure work is done as per specifications. * Monitor material usage and reduce wastage. * Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades. * Ensure work is completed on time and within budget. * Maintain quality standards and inspect finished work. * Enforce safety rules and site regulations. * Report daily progress to management. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5–10 years of experience in marble/stone works. * Strong knowledge of marble installation and finishing techniques. * Ability to read construction drawings. * Good leadership and team management skills. * Knowledge of safety procedures on construction sites. * Basic communication skills (English preferred). Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
