**Key Responsibilities1. Fleet Management & Operational Oversight**
* Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of assigned vessels to ensure seamless and efficient marine activities.

* Provide managerial-level operational guidance to Masters, Chief Engineers, and onboard leadership teams.
