We are not hiring someone to “post content” or “run ads.” We are hiring: * The Architect of a Full Marketing System * A person who can build, control, and scale a lead generation machine * Someone who understands that marketing = revenue, not aesthetics **About Us** Persian Horizon / Globex Horizon is an investment and business acquisition ecosystem based in Dubai, focused on: * Investment opportunities * Ready-made business acquisition * Business sales & exits We operate with: * Strong sales teams * High-value transactions * Structured systems * A serious growth vision **Your Mission** You are responsible for building and managing a fully integrated marketing system that: * Generates daily and weekly quality leads * Aligns with sales demand and targets * Controls budget with visibility and discipline * Connects content, paid media, social, website, automation, and CRM into one system Ensures every activity has: * Owner * KPI * Deadline * Measurable output - If it cannot be measured, it does not exist. **What You Will Manage** You will directly lead and control: * Content Team (writers, designers, video) * Social Media Teams (company + personal brands) * Paid Campaign Managers (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube) * Lead Warming & Re-engagement Team (500–2,000 leads/day) * Website & Landing Page System * Business Inventory & Opportunity Catalog * Automation & CRM workflows **What Success Looks Like** You succeed when: * Sales receives consistent, high-quality leads every week * Every campaign has clear cost, source, and ROI * Management can see the entire system in one dashboard within 5 minutes * Finance only pays for validated, measurable output * The system works without depending on you personally **Requirements (Non-Negotiable)** We are NOT looking for generalists. You must have: * 5+ years of marketing experience in Dubai (real, not remote) * Proven experience in: * Lead generation * Performance marketing * Funnel design * Conversion optimization Experience in at least one of: * Real estate * Investment * Business sales * High-ticket services You must be able to: * Build and scale campaigns with real ROI * Reduce cost per lead and improve quality * Align marketing with sales (not work separately) * Manage multiple teams and contractors with KPI control * Read numbers and make decisions fast **This Role Is NOT For You If:** * You only do social media or content * You focus on branding without measurable output * You cannot show real numbers (CPL, ROAS, conversions) * You need constant supervision * You confuse activity with results **Compensation** * Base Salary: Up to AED 15,000+ * Weekly performance bonuses based on targets * Commission tied to results and growth Ø High performance = high income Ø No output = no justification **Important** This is a high-pressure, high-output role.
