Marketing Executive-Medical Aesthetics

We are looking for Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team! Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Collaborate on annual marketing plans and activity grids, ensuring strict alignment with corporate strategy and supplier guidelines. Project Leadership: Independently lead medium-scale initiatives while providing high-level support to the Business Manager on major strategic projects. Campaign Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from conceptualization and agency briefing to final delivery and reporting. Events & Launches: Lead the organization of product launches, workshops, webinars, and corporate events. Content & Digital Presence: Manage digital assets, social media channels, and website updates; coordinate with creative agencies for high-impact advertising and content. Collateral Development: Produce professional marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, Clinic branding. Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis and market studies to identify growth opportunities. Performance Tracking: Monitor digital KPIs, manage the marketing budget (quotations/invoicing), and prepare monthly performance reports for stakeholders. Cross-Functional Support: Partner with sales teams to enhance product knowledge and address field requirements. Qualifications Experience: 5–7 years of proven experience in marketing (Healthcare/MedTech/Cosmetics & Beauty background preferred). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; MBA is a plus. Skills: Strong track record in campaign execution, supplier coordination, and market analysis.
