**Job Title: Marketing Manager** **Location:** UAE (Abu Dhabi) **Company:** Yas Perfumes **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and oversee all marketing activities for Yas Perfumes across our retail outlets, e-commerce platform, and digital channels. The role will focus on brand growth, customer acquisition, and sales performance while coordinating with external marketing agencies(if any). **Key Responsibilities** **1. Marketing Strategy & Planning** * Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals * Plan campaigns for retail stores (Dubai & Abu Dhabi) and e-commerce (Shopify) * Manage seasonal promotions, product launches, and brand campaigns **2. Digital Marketing Oversight** * Oversee all digital marketing activities including: * Social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) * Paid advertising campaigns handled by outsourced agencies * Website performance (Shopify) * Monitor agency performance and ensure ROI on ad spend * Optimize online customer journey and conversion rates **3. Retail Marketing & Branding** * Coordinate in-store promotions, displays, and branding across all outlets * Ensure consistent brand image across all locations * Support footfall generation and in-store sales initiatives **4. Content & Social Media** * Guide content strategy (visuals, reels, campaigns) * Approve and manage content created by internal/external teams * Maintain brand tone and identity **5. Data Analysis & Reporting** * Track KPIs (sales, traffic, conversions, ROI, customer engagement) * Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports **6. Budget Management** * Plan and manage marketing budgets efficiently Allocate spend across digital, retail, and promotional activities **7. Agency Management & External Coordination** · Act as the primary point of contact for all external agencies and third-party vendors (digital marketing, social media, paid ads, influencers, photography, and media production) · Manage day-to-day communication, ensuring clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables are aligned with business objectives · Review, approve, and provide feedback on campaigns, creatives, and content produced by agencies · Monitor agency performance against KPIs and ensure accountability on agreed deliverables and ROI · Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across all channels · Identify opportunities to optimize agency output, improve efficiency, and reduce costs · Ensure brand consistency and quality across all externally produced content and campaigns **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field * 4–7 years of experience in marketing (retail or beauty industry preferred) * Strong experience with digital marketing and e-commerce (Shopify is a plus) * Experience managing external agencies * Knowledge of UAE market trends * Strong analytical and communication skills * English speaker **Key Skills** * Digital Marketing Strategy * Social Media & Paid Ads Knowledge * Branding & Retail Marketing * Data Analysis & Reporting * Creativity and attention to detail **Preferred** * Experience in perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury retail * Arabic speaker * Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and influencer marketing **KPIs / Performance Metrics** * Sales growth (online & retail) * ROI on marketing campaigns * Website conversion rate * Customer acquisition & retention * Social media engagement Ability to commute/relocate: * Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: * markerting: 5 years (Required) Language: * english (Required) License/Certification: * driving license (Required) Work Location: In person
