Marketing Manager / Content Creator

We are seeking a talented individual who can manage marketing activities while creating engaging content that connects with our audience and drives sales. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the DLuxe brand Create high-quality content (videos, reels, posts) for social media platforms Manage and optimize digital campaigns (Meta Ads, etc.) Analyze performance and suggest improvements Stay updated with trends in content creation and marketing Collaborate with the team to align marketing with business goals Content Creation Requirements Strong experience in creating engaging social media content Ability to shoot and edit videos (preferred experience with Sony cameras) Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics Marketing Skills Experience in social media marketing and paid ads Understanding of customer behavior and sales funnels Ability to identify growth opportunities and improve performance What We’re Looking For Creative thinker with strong execution skills Results-oriented and data-driven Passion for branding, content, and growth Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Salary & Benefits To be discussed based on experience Growth opportunities within the company Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
