**Department:** Marketing **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Reports To:** Group Marketing & PR Manager **Job Overview** Furless Group is seeking a **high-performing, detail-oriented Marketing & PR Executive** to support the growth of our brands: **Furless Permanent, Furless Beauty Institute, and The Trading Corner**. This is a **hands-on, execution-focused role** for a marketing professional who is both creative and analytical, capable of translating campaigns, content, and partnerships into measurable business results. The Marketing & PR Executive plays a key role in **campaign execution, organic lead generation, client journey optimization, and cross-functional coordination** with Operations, Contact Center, and Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion. This role requires someone who is **organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment**. Fluency in **Arabic and English** is required due to our operations across the UAE and GCC. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Social Media & Content Execution** * Support the execution and day-to-day management of social media channels across multiple brands. * Create and coordinate high-quality content including graphics, captions, and short-form video. * Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and marketing objectives. * Coordinate on-ground content capture, branch visits, and shoot days when required. * Monitor engagement and recommend improvements based on performance data. **2. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution** * Assist in campaign planning and rollout across social media, email, and website channels. * Coordinate creative assets and content briefs for paid campaigns. * Track campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports. * Support website updates, landing pages, and campaign pages when required. **3. Organic Lead Generation & Growth** * Take ownership of **organic lead generation initiatives** across social media, website, partnerships, and community channels. * Identify strategies to increase inbound inquiries and enrollments without relying solely on paid advertising. * Work closely with Contact Center and Admissions teams to understand lead quality and conversion. * Analyze which content and campaigns generate high-quality leads and scale successful approaches. * Support SEO initiatives and educational content strategies that strengthen brand authority. * Monitor and report on organic lead KPIs and opportunities for improvement. **4. Analytics, Technology & Data-Driven Decision Making** * Track marketing KPIs including leads, conversion rates, engagement, and campaign ROI. * Use available tools and platforms to gather and interpret marketing data. * Support reporting dashboards and campaign performance summaries. * Use data insights to recommend improvements to campaigns and content strategy. **5. Influencer, Partnerships & PR Support** * Maintain influencer and partnership databases. * Support outreach, coordination, and follow-up of collaborations. * Track deliverables and measure campaign effectiveness. * Assist in preparing media kits and PR materials. **6. Events & Community Engagement** * Support preparation and execution of marketing events, launches, and workshops. * Coordinate logistics, materials, and event promotion where required. * Assist in capturing content and reporting event outcomes. **7. Client Journey & Cross-Functional Coordination** * Work closely with Operations, Contact Center, and Sales teams to improve the **end-to-end client journey**. * Help ensure marketing campaigns align with booking processes, lead handling, and conversion workflows. * Participate in meetings to identify gaps in client communication and improve the overall experience. **8. CRM, Communications & Lead Coordination** * Assist in managing lead flows and campaign communications. * Support newsletters, email campaigns, and client communications when required. * Ensure campaign messaging is consistent across channels. **9. Marketing Administration & Brand Standards** * Maintain campaign calendars and marketing trackers. * Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines and approval processes. * Stay updated on marketing trends and propose new content ideas and initiatives. **Qualifications & Experience** * **4–6 years of experience** in marketing, PR, or digital marketing in the GCC (beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or retail preferred). * Fluent in **Arabic and English** (written and spoken). * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. * Demonstrated experience delivering measurable marketing results. * Strong proficiency in Canva and familiarity with social media scheduling tools. * Experience working with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools is preferred. * Strong understanding of content creation, social media trends, and digital campaigns. **Skills & Competencies** * Strong organizational and project management skills. *
