Mechanical Design Engineer (MEP)

**Job Description:** We are looking for a skilled MEP Mechanical Design Engineer with strong experience in HVAC and Plumbing system design. The candidate should be capable of handling complete design, engineering calculations, and drafting for residential/commercial projects. **Key Responsibilities:** Design HVAC systems (DX, VRF, Chilled Water systems) Perform cooling load calculations (HAP or similar software) Carry out ESP (External Static Pressure) calculations for duct systems Perform pump head calculations for plumbing and chilled water systems Design plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, stormwater) Prepare detailed shop drawings and coordination drawings Perform complete engineering calculations for HVAC & Plumbing systems Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, etc.) Coordinate with Electrical, Architectural, and Structural teams Review and interpret IFC drawings and specifications **Requirements:** Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering 2–3 years of experience in MEP design Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is an advantage) Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing design standards Experience in ESP, pump head, and load calculations Good communication and coordination skills **Preferred Skills:** Experience in residential and commercial projects Familiar with UAE authority approvals Ability to handle multiple projects independently Work Location: In person
