**Mechanical Draftsman – UAE (Immediate Joining)** **Company:** Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions LLC **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Job Type:** Full-time **Experience Required:** 4–5 Years (UAE Experience Mandatory) **Job Description:** Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions LLC is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Draftsman with 4–5 years of UAE experience. The ideal candidate should be available in the UAE and ready to join immediately. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed mechanical shop drawings (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting) * Develop and modify drawings using AutoCAD as per project requirements * Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines (Electrical, Civil, Architectural) * Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations and standards * Review and update drawings based on site conditions and client feedback * Maintain proper documentation and drawing records **Requirements:** * 4–5 years of UAE experience as a Mechanical Draftsman * Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage) * Good understanding of MEP systems and coordination * Familiarity with UAE authority standards (DEWA, DM, etc.) * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Immediate joiners preferred * Must be currently available in the UAE **How to Apply:** Email your CV to: [email protected] WhatsApp: +971 50 481 3936 Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per hour Application Question(s): * Are you currently working in the UAE? * What will be your notice period? * Are you available to join immediately? * What is your Visa Status? * What is your Visa Expiry Date? * What will be you Salary Expectations?
