**Job Summary**
* Proficient in reading and interpreting MEP drawings.
* Strong knowledge of plumbing, firefighting, and HVAC systems.
* Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. ( Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting HVAC )
* Provide technical support and guidance during the installation process and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
* Proficient in MEP design software (e.g., AutoCAD, or similar).
* Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and project management abilities.
* Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, Shop drawings & As-built drawings (coordination with drafting team), specifications, and progress reports.
* Ensure all work is documented by company policies and industry best practices. (WIR, MIR, RFI, Notification Letters, Variation Letters, etc.)
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Basic knowledge of all kinds of Local Authority rules and regulations.
* Having a valid UAE driving license.
**Qualification:**
* Diploma or Bachelor Degree in mechanical or Electrical Field with relevant MEP experience
* 2-5 years of experience in MEP engineering within a Contracting company.
* AUTOCAD and other design and project management tools
* HVAC design software (preferred)
* Civil Defence certified (advantage)
