Mechanical Engineer

* Designing and Drafting of AC drawing for Villas, residential, Warehouses and commercial buildings as per ASHRAE standard. * Preparing heat load calculation for the AC Loads using HAP. * Designing and Drafting of ventilation drawing for Villas, residential and commercial buildings as per ASHRAE standard. * Preparing and designing water supply and drainage drawings and calculations as per DM standards. * Calculating air conditioning heat loss following ASHRAE codes. * Preparing Kitchen Ventilation using ASHRAE standards for restaurants. * Preparing HVAC drawings for Hospitals and clinics using ASHRAE 170. * Preparing Unit Schedule and Ventilation Schedule. * Selecting FCU, AHU, FAHU, Package units and chiller. * Calculation of parking area fresh and exhaust air. * Overall awareness on MEP Design and drafting. * Review of Material Submittals, shop drawings, site coordination. * Proficient knowledge about ASHRAE and DM Codes. * Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with approved shop drawing and specification and get daily progress report from site supervisor and update to manager. * To visit the Site Periodically to Verify and Check on Going Works, Quality, Progress and to find a solution for the problems. * Attending meetings with DM Engineers and Clients. **Qualifications:- bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.** **Software skills:-** **AutoCAD** **Hourly Analysis Program (HAP)** **Duct Sizer** **Pipe Sizer** **ASHRAE duct fitting database** **Microsoft Office.** Job Type: Full-time Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person
