Take advantage of new opportunities and take on exciting tasks and attractive positions with direct customer assignment. **Job Description** **Job Title:** Mechanical Inspector – Piping **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Project Type:** Large-Scale Thermal Power Plant Project **Mobilization:** June 2026 **Employment Type:** Full-time / Project-Based The Mechanical Inspector will inspect piping installation activities, monitor quality compliance, and ensure that piping works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards. Key Responsibilities * Inspect piping fabrication, installation, routing, supports, and associated activities * Verify compliance with isometrics, drawings, procedures, and specifications * Witness inspections, pressure tests, and related checks * Report quality issues, deviations, and non-conformities * Coordinate with site engineers, welding teams, and contractor representatives * Support maintenance of inspection records and test reports * Ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC requirements **Qualifications** * Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline * Minimum 7 years of relevant experience * Strong piping inspection experience in thermal power plant or industrial environments * Good understanding of piping codes, drawings, and field installation practices Preferred Profile * GCC project experience * Familiarity with high-pressure and utility piping systems **Additional Information** **Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted**
