Mechanical Project Engineer

* **Project execution:** Plan, supervise, and execute mechanical installations like HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systems according to project specifications. * **Coordination and communication:** Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines (e.g., electrical, civil) for approvals and smooth project delivery. * **Documentation:** Prepare and monitor project documents, including submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), method statements, and shop drawings. * **Quality and compliance:** Ensure all mechanical systems are installed according to approved drawings, safety standards, and UAE authority regulations (e.g., Dubai Civil Defense, DEWA). * **Site supervision:** Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues that arise during installation. * **Reporting:** Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports for management. * **Procurement support:** Assist the procurement team by identifying material requirements and evaluating technical specifications. * **Testing and commissioning:** Conduct testing and commissioning of all installed mechanical systems to ensure they are functioning correctly. * **Project closeout:** Support project closeout activities, including the creation of as-built drawings and other necessary documentation Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
