MEP Draftsman

WE ARE HIRING!! **POSITION: MEP Draftsman** The MEP Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings, coordinating technical information, and supporting project and site teams throughout execution. This role requires strong technical expertise, accuracy, and a solid understanding of MEP systems within interior fit-out projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed MEP drawings, layouts, schematics, and coordination drawings. * Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and documentation for authority approvals. * Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural, structural, and other disciplines. * Translate design concepts into precise and buildable technical drawings. * Conduct site visits and verify measurements when required. * Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, local codes, and industry standards. * Incorporate revisions and updates accurately and in a timely manner. * Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to resolve technical issues. **Requirements** * Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in MEP drafting, preferably within interior fit-out projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit or other BIM tools is an advantage. * Strong understanding of MEP systems, coordination, and installation practices. * Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. * Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
