MEP Draftsman

**Secret Gardens LLC** is seeking an experienced **MEP Draftsman** to join our high-end, design-oriented landscaping and swimming pool company. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, QS, and construction professionals. We welcome applications from motivated professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality design and construction solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** ------------------------- * Assist the MEP Engineer in performing calculations and selecting equipment for swimming pools and water features. * Support the QS and Estimation team by producing accurate CAD drawings and assessments. * Manage and maintain project documentation in an organized and systematic manner. * Coordinate with Project Managers for site execution, planning, and technical meetings. * Liaise with Main Contractors and Consultants on technical matters as directed by Operations/Project Managers. * Provide technical support and guidance to plumbers and electricians during site execution. * Assist in coordinating MEP-related maintenance activities with the operations team. * Work with site survey teams for MEP system inspections and surveys. * Identify and clarify design discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions in coordination with engineers. * Upload, organize, and manage drawings on project collaboration platforms. * Create, update, and enhance standard details for ongoing and future projects. * Support advanced project planning in coordination with Project Managers. * Prepare documentation and authority approval submissions with site engineers. * Develop diagrams, layouts, and workflow illustrations as required. * Review MEP submittals and provide technical input. * Liaise with architects and engineers to gather design and product requirements. * Calculate dimensions, material requirements, and system limitations. * Produce detailed technical drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD/Revit). * Identify potential design or operational issues and propose improvements. * Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and project specifications. * Prepare operation, maintenance, and technical manuals for systems where required. * Prepare weekly drafting progress reports for management review. ### **Requirements** * Minimum **3-4 years’ experience** in landscaping and swimming pool construction (MEP drafting role). * Strong proficiency in **AutoCAD** (Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage). * Strong technical understanding of MEP systems related to pools and water features. * Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. * Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail. * Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders (engineers, site teams, consultants). * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ### **Benefits** * Competitive salary based on experience * Company-provided laptop and mobile phone * Medical insurance * UAE visa
