MEP Engineer

Citadel HMC is a leading healthcare management company committed to delivering high-quality medical services through state-of-the-art facilities. We are seeking a skilled MEP Engineer with a strong mechanical background to support the design, operation, and maintenance of our healthcare infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee **mechanical systems** including HVAC, plumbing, medical gas, and fire protection systems across healthcare facilities. * Ensure compliance with **local UAE regulations**, healthcare standards, and international codes. * Coordinate with electrical and civil teams for integrated MEP solutions. * Review design drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and efficiency. * Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance planning. * Monitor system performance and implement energy-efficient solutions. * Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. * 4–8 years of experience in MEP engineering (healthcare projects preferred). * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water systems, ventilation, and plumbing design. * Familiarity with UAE codes, ASHRAE standards, and healthcare facility requirements. * Experience with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other design tools. * Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
